Refund Policy
As Through The Pods Ltd operates under a pilot and B2B service model, the following applies:
Pilot Services & Equipment:
Refunds for deposits or services related to pilot trials or installations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
If a pilot service is cancelled by the client with more than 14 days' notice, a partial refund may be issued depending on preparatory costs.
Once a pilot trial has commenced, refunds are generally not provided.
Non-Refundable Items:
Custom-built equipment or prototype units.
Consultation or site assessment services already delivered.
